The person verifying the accuracy of the translation signs the translation review form and sends the completed form to the AVPI at the end of the final verification and approval process. If the faculty member develops the draft contract as soon as it is considered final and the authorizations are guaranteed at the faculty level as well as the authorizations of partners, the draft contract is forwarded to the AVPI for final review and approval.
